The Best In Home Workout For Everyone!

If you are looking for the best in home workout then you have found it here my friend. As a strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer here in the Atlanta, Georgia area now for over 10 years I have utilized the following methods of body weight training in order to instruct people on the best ways for training anywhere and at anytime! We like to refer to this as in home training, but it really just means being able to train wherever we are!

Best In Home Workout!

The best in home workout routines involve body weight training. In today’s economy it is very common to hear people’s complaints on prices and concerns over various expenses. This is something that is particularly common in the fitness industry because those that don’t see fitness as a priority often perceive it as a luxury more than anything. Perhaps this is the reason we in america are the fattest country in the nation, but I digress. The point is that the best workouts don’t require a lot of equipment, if any at all. If expense is your excuse NOT to workout then thats all you have; an excuse! The value of a truly great training program doesn’t lie within how much equipment, bells, and whistles you have, but rather the effectiveness and dynamics of the training itself.

Truly hard hitting exercise must involve the manipulation and movement of our own body resistance. This is the most natural state of the human body, yet many of us don’t engage in it. I am a big proponent on implementing training methods such as calisthenics, plyometrics, and various other body resisted movements. You can perform push ups, burpees, and jumping jacks right in the comfort of your own living room if necessary. If you have a job that requires you to travel on a regular basis then this is another great training tactic to adopt so you don’t have to worry about whether or not you can make it to the hotel gym.

Body weight drills such as calisthenics and plyometrics keep your nervous system sharp. You maintain strength and resiliency throughout your body in your joints, tendons, ligaments, and certainly your muscles. By engaging in whole body movements that will challenge you systemically as a whole you stand to get a much more impactful workout and save a lot of time in the process. Its not about how long your workouts are, but rather how much work you can do within the shortest amount of time possible. This is the key to achieving fitness. In order to benefit the most you have got to ratchet up your work capacity. I am a firm believer in this and my most successful clients have benefited the most because of this very reason.

If you haven’t already started to adopt this style of training for your in home workouts then you are missing out. Take the time to learn more by accessing more of my articles on the subject for free. Remember that most anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart my friend!
