Most of the Jake Gravity Force Trainer units can be purchased with really good discounts. You might find some of them that cost as much as $800 but there are those that are available for $300 on eBay. Some of the ones on Craigslist are offered for cheaper.

Details about the Product

The Jake Gravity Force Trainer works with your own body to make you fitter. Aside from this, it is the same as the Total Gym in that you can choose from resistance levels. It allows you to do one thing that other fitness machines cannot and that is to control gravity. It allows you to work out as much as you want to.

You can do about seven exercises within a mere 21 minutes. You can really expect to see a difference in your physique after this.

It mostly looks like an exercise bike however it is not anything like one. The seat of the Jake Gravity Force Trainer is connected to a lever system along with the handles. The workout focuses more on the abs, the arms, and the back rather than the legs.

The Jake Gravity Force Trainer works great for people who are exercising for the first time. It does not involve mechanical parts so even teenagers can use them.

Specifications
The Jake Gravity Force Trainer comes with a user manual and one DVD. It also has an eating guide to help you with your diet. The machine measures 38 inches in width, 60 inches in length, and 38 inches in height. It can be used by people with a maximum weight of 350 pounds. It also is useful for short people as well as those who are more than 6 inches tall.

The Jake Gravity Force Trainer comes with a warranty but the length depends on where you purchased it.

The machine does not have that much cardio vascular work. The effects done by the Jake Gravity Force Trainer are great for beginner people and even for professionals.

As mentioned, the Jake Gravity Force Trainer allows you to do seven exercises fast. These are the lat pull down, triceps dip, shoulder press, seated squat, abdominal crunch, chest press, and the biceps curl. It is enough to work out your entire body. It is also easy to switch to and from the exercises so they really feel like a circuit workout.

The backrest is not that comfortable but you do keep the tension on your muscles. This lets you work out up to 150% of normal body weight, based on the exercise you are doing.
